INFORMATION AND TICKETING PLATFORM
The platform is based on our Central Sales Hub (CSH). This is the foundation for all passenger services. Sales Hub serves as the single source of product and price data, issuing tickets, ticket inspection/validation, passenger information and third-party integrator etc. CSH includes a Web panel where you can follow sales in real time, handle customer support and perform financial reporting.
PASSENGER-CENTRIC
The passenger interface consists of mobile applications for iOS and Android, branded and configured individually for each PTA/PTO. The service is continuously developed to meet the market’s increasing demands and ensures compliance with legal requirements such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and digital accessibility (WCAG).
OPEN ECOSYSTEM/ARCHITECTURE
CSH can be integrated to local data sources through a large selection of interfaces to provide journey planner, timetables, traffic information, real-time prognosis, on-demand transport and much more – all gathered for your passengers in the mobile channel.
