Product: Central Sales Hub & WL-app

Since 2005 Infospread has developed the new standard for mobile based information and tickting solutions in Sweden. Two-thirds of the PTA:s have chosen to offer Infospread's white-label passenger app to their citizens. The system has been delivered as a SaaS-solution, with continuous development and good cost transparency.

Infospread has been leading in innovation by being the first to introduce mobile tickets, Bus-on-Map, company accounts, optical ticket validation, school- and care ticket distribution, and much more.

Rybnik regained control over ticket distribution

Product: Central Sales Hub & One Inspection App

Just like many polish cities, there are several ticketing apps available for travellers in Rybnik. Infospread’s Central Sales Hub allows the Public Transport Authority to aggregate all apps in one structure and database, providing a standardised mobile ticket. 

In the same way we have streamlined the ticket inspection process, PTA's can now use one app to inspect all tickets. Providing the inspection staff with the right tools has proven to be a successful strategy. Since our release, the number of frauds and complaints in Rybnik has dropped significantly.

zBiletem was launched in 2015 and is today the leading mobile ticketing app in Poland. It enables travellers in over 60 cities to easily buy tickets, onboard fast and have a better travelling experience.

With thousands of different tickets and offers being handled every day, zBiletem is a product under continuous development. Used from Krakow to Gdańsk, throughout the country, with the biggest metropolitan areas as well as small public transport operators, zBiletem remains one of the most appreciated public transport apps by the users.
